Kim Zoller
ID360 | CEO

Kim Zoller, CEO and founder of ID360, began the company 25 years ago after working in the staffing industry. Kim recognized that individuals who had strong competencies but lacked strong interpersonal skills needed to develop that area if they truly wanted to succeed. Kim’s strength is her ability to be a true strategic partner by assessing needs, delivering sustainable solutions and implementing measurable results. She is also a dynamic facilitator and coach. Kim’s passion and goal is to make a positive and measurable impact in her clients’ lives. Kim is co-author with Kerry Preston of three professional success books, including Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed (McGraw-Hill, June 2014).

Kerry Preston

Kerry Preston is the CEO and founder of Growtality, Inc. Kerry spent 17 years as the Managing Partner of Image Dynamics and continues to collaborate on exciting ventures. She began her career and spent ten years with Calvin Klein Cosmetics under the Unilever umbrella of companies. Kerry’s expertise is in building global programs that employ experiential learning tactics. She is an excellent facilitator and coach in the areas of leadership, communication, presence, strategic planning and professionalism. Kerry is also a certified professional co-active coach, International Coach Federation-accredited. Kerry is co-author with Kim Zoller of three professional success books, including Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed (McGraw-Hill, June 2014).

Summer Pailet

Summer Pailet is the VP Sales & Training at ID360. Her genuine passion for people and relationship building consistently retains loyal clients year after year. She has a background in psychology and fashion merchandising, and brings over 20 years of experience as a business owner and consultant. She trained her own staff and managed multiple sales teams with responsibilities in sales training and product knowledge. Summer has a wealth of experience in professional presence, branding, strengths building, and effective communication. She facilitates and coaches with contagious enthusiasm and energy. Summer is a recipient of the Teacher’s Excellence Award from SMU Cox School of Business for her Personal Brand Impact program in 2015 & 2016.

Aviva Nash

Aviva Nash, CEO of Drum Cafe NY, facilitates transformative, interactive experiences using rhythm and drums.

Drum Cafe is a world leader in interactive team development and diversity training. Through the binding power of rhythm, participants experience how it feels to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively. Aviva is thrilled to be a part of the WE2 Summit, to inspire and empower women executives to lead, listen and innovate.

Deborah Cole

Deborah Cole is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice.  She specializes in advising companies on complex global transformation projects.  Her extensive experience with large business transformation projects spans mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, strategic change, organization design and enterprise systems implementations.  She has led the Deloitte Dallas Women’s Initiative for the past 5 years and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council.   She brings over 25 years of experience working predominantly with Retail companies as they plan and execute large transformations.

Laura Lacritz, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Lacritz obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of Texas Austin in 1989 and went on to obtain her doctorate degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Clinical Psychology in 1994, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lacritz completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Neuropsychology, after which she joined the faculty and is currently a Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Neurology and Neurotherapeutics. She received her Diplomate in Clinical Neuropsychology from the American Board of Professional Psychologists in 2002 and currently serves as the Director of the Neuropsychology Clinic, as well as the Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Training Director at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Lacritz’s clinical expertise is in the area of neuropsychological assessment and differential diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders, and how to maximize daily functioning based on individualized cognitive strengths and weaknesses.

Megan Carnahan

Megan Carnahan currently serves as Vice President of Communications for the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. She oversees global communications and marketing for the $1 billion+ foundation and provides leadership and management oversight for the communications and marketing functions of the foundation’s wholly-owned subsidiaries: Ed-Fi Alliance and College Success Tools.

Her work in the social sector has included collaboration with the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control, and the Institutes of Medicine on the Emmy-nominated HBO Documentary Films series on obesity, “The Weight of the Nation,” and three films for youth and their families entitled “The Weight of the Nation for Kids.”

Prior to joining the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, she most recently served as executive leadership and director of global marketing communications services and global communications for Nokia Corp’s enterprise solutions business group.

Katy Osborn

With her two sisters, Katy Osborn co-founded Amelia Street Studio, a creative agency specializing in branding, graphic design, web and videos. Katy specializes in helping brands and women create impressions that impress. She has worked with brands in a range of industries, including food, tech, CPG and services. Katy loves inspiring other women to leap into their dreams by helping them identify their greatest personal challenges and creatively overcome them. Prior to launching her own business/dream, she worked at the original advertising agency in Chicago, JWT, where she contributed to ethnographic research and ad campaigns for the global brands, Kotex and Poise. This seeded her passion for helping women feel their best and live their fullest lives. She learned from some of the most well-renowned Social and Consumer Psychologists at the Ohio State University as well as University of Chicago.
