Kim Zoller
ID360 | CEO

Kim Zoller, CEO and founder of ID360, began the company 25 years ago after working in the staffing industry. Kim recognized that individuals who had strong competencies but lacked strong interpersonal skills needed to develop that area if they truly wanted to succeed. Kim’s strength is her ability to be a true strategic partner by assessing needs, delivering sustainable solutions and implementing measurable results. She is also a dynamic facilitator and coach. Kim’s passion and goal is to make a positive and measurable impact in her clients’ lives. Kim is co-author with Kerry Preston of three professional success books, including Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed (McGraw-Hill, June 2014).

Kerry Preston
GROWTALITY | CEO

Kerry Preston is the CEO and founder of Growtality, Inc. Kerry spent 17 years as the Managing Partner of Image Dynamics and continues to collaborate on exciting ventures. She began her career and spent ten years with Calvin Klein Cosmetics under the Unilever umbrella of companies. Kerry’s expertise is in building global programs that employ experiential learning tactics. She is an excellent facilitator and coach in the areas of leadership, communication, presence, strategic planning and professionalism. Kerry is also a certified professional co-active coach, International Coach Federation-accredited. Kerry is co-author with Kim Zoller of three professional success books, including Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed (McGraw-Hill, June 2014).

Summer Pailet
ID360 | VP SALES & TRAINING

Summer Pailet is the VP Sales & Training at ID360. Her genuine passion for people and relationship building consistently retains loyal clients year after year. She has a background in psychology and fashion merchandising, and brings over 20 years of experience as a business owner and consultant. She trained her own staff and managed multiple sales teams with responsibilities in sales training and product knowledge. Summer has a wealth of experience in professional presence, branding, strengths building, and effective communication. She facilitates and coaches with contagious enthusiasm and energy. Summer is a recipient of the Teacher’s Excellence Award from SMU Cox School of Business for her Personal Brand Impact program in 2015 & 2016.

Harriet Whiting
ID360 | EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Executive Vice President Harriet Whiting has been with ID360 for over two decades and is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential. Harriet has extensive experience in medical administration and global consulting. Her wealth of experience has made her a specialist in communication, personal business development, change management and process reorganization.

Harriet has developed a clientele of top-level executives from her management mentoring and coaching acumen. 

Harriet’s diverse experience in the global market has contributed to her continued success. In addition to chairing global organizational annual meetings, she has instituted innovative processes to benefit global companies such as Cerner and Philips International. Harriet’s global leadership extends to the medical field, serving hospitals and institutions such as UT Southwestern.

Paul Gimenez
INSTITUTE FOR PERSONAL LEADERSHIP | DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SOLUTIONS

Paul helps organizations understand and unify 21st-century science to architect immersive learning experiences rooted in the science of learning. Paul is responsible for building IPL’s relationships with key client-prospects and partners in the US and Europe, with the ultimate goal of bringing Personal Leadership to organizations who will be well-served with our work. He also guides business strategy and helps strengthen IPL’s content and learning design. His innermost calling is to synthesize interdisciplinary science to uncover truths of human nature that can help people, organizations and societies learn, grow, and prosper.

Prior to joining IPL, he had responsibilities in consulting, business development, research, and content creation at The NeuroLeadership Institute, an organization dedicated to using neuroscience to transform leadership. Before entering the private sector, Paul worked as a neuroscience/psychology researcher, studying learning development, emotion, the brain basis of human morality, and decision-making at many of the nation’s foremost universities including Stanford University, Columbia University, UC Berkeley, and UCSF. He also co-founded and runs the nonprofit, 100 For All, a charity organization dedicated to bringing clean water solutions to areas in need.

Paul received his BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and his MA in Psychology (emphasis in research methods) from Columbia University.

In his spare time, Paul loves performing arts and music. He’s been an actor and musician since childhood and regularly performs around New York City.

Josh Davis
INSTITUTE FOR PERSONAL LEADERSHIP | SENIOR DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH

Josh Davis is the Senior Director of Research and a Faculty member for IPL. He is devoted to translating scientific research into principles people can act on. He believes that all people can learn to develop themselves fully, and that scientific findings can help show us how. As a writer, teacher, speaker, and coach, Josh studies and teaches about the mind and brain in multiple ways. He is the author of an international bestseller, Two Awesome Hours: Science-Based Strategies to Harness Your Best Time and Get Your Most Important Work Done. His love for teaching began in a Brooklyn Public High School, continued while teaching at Columbia and New York Universities, and then at Barnard College of Columbia University. He has simultaneously studied and trained individuals in techniques derived from psychotherapy at the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Center of NY. He loves to laugh, read, and along with his wife raise his 2-year-old son.

Cathy Steen
GRAYTON BEER | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Cathy Steen is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience launching and growing luxury brands in the wine and spirits industry. With expertise in sales, marketing, and operations; Cathy has built strong organizations from the ground up for sustainable and profitable growth. Throughout Cathy’s executive career, she has earned a distinctive reputation for building strong strategic plans, communicating clear expectations and creating a culture of high performance and accountability. These accomplishments — coupled with Cathy’s business passion for recruiting and developing top industry talent — have enabled her to gain organizational commitment, influence results and make a positive, lasting mark on the business and people. Recently, Cathy was one of ten senior international business leaders selected to participate in the 2015 Global Ambassador Program, sponsored by Vital Voices and Bank of America, to advance economic development, entrepreneurship and social change in African countries by helping emerging women leaders.

Becky Hubbard
LOTTE NEW YORK PALACE | GENERAL MANAGER

Rebecca Hubbard, General Manager of the iconic Lotte New York Palace, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, the last five of which have been spent at The Palace. Drawing from her vast experience, she has been able to continue her longstanding reputation for exceptional quality and impeccable service. Becky brings her true passion and extreme dedication to every aspect of the hotel industry.

Prior to her position at Lotte New York Palace, Becky opened Drumpf SoHo as the Executive Assistant Manager. In previous years, she has built her foundation from positions at Manhattan East Suite Hotels, Sheraton New York, Sheraton Manhattan, as well as The Essex House.  

Becky has held a variety of managerial roles at hotels in New York City, including The Ritz-Carlton hotels of New York. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for creating dynamic, symbiotic teams that have achieved positive results.

Becky currently resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and two little girls. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and exploring museums, restaurants and other cultural offerings in New York City.

Laura Lacritz, PhD, ABPP
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SOUTHWESTERN MEDICAL CENTER | DIRECTOR OF NEUROPSYCHOLOGY CLINIC

Dr. Lacritz obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of Texas Austin in 1989 and went on to obtain her doctorate degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Clinical Psychology in 1994, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lacritz completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Neuropsychology, after which she joined the faculty and is currently a Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Neurology and Neurotherapeutics. She received her Diplomate in Clinical Neuropsychology from the American Board of Professional Psychologists in 2002 and currently serves as the Director of the Neuropsychology Clinic, as well as the Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Training Director at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Lacritz’s clinical expertise is in the area of neuropsychological assessment and differential diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders, and how to maximize daily functioning based on individualized cognitive strengths and weaknesses.

Meridan Zerner, MS,RDN,CSSD,LD
COOPER CLINIC/COOPER FITNESS CENTER | DIETITION

Meridan Zerner is an award-winning Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 28 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. The last 17 years have been spent at Cooper Clinic, where she not only works with patients, but shares her passion for nutrition through media segments and lectures across the country.

Meridan received her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and Master of Nutritional Science with an emphasis in health promotion from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and specializes in weight management and exercise and sports nutrition. She also shares her expertise in preventive and cardiovascular health and nutrition through the life cycle.

Meridan is a Certified Wellness Coach and uses behavioral change skills to help support long-term lifestyle changes in her patients. You can find Meridan contributing to multiple entities across the Cooper campus. She is an adjunct instructor at The Cooper Institute, lead facilitator for Cooper Wellness Strategies and a group exercise instructor and lecturer at Cooper Fitness Center. Her wellness philosophy is to do the best you can with what you have, where you are.

When she isn’t partnering with patients or leading classes, Meridan enjoys traveling with her two kids, husband and one quirky dog. Her favorite destination is Maine, where she lived prior to making Dallas her home.

Olivia Young
LIVYOUNG | FOUNDER

Olivia, “Liv” Young’s lives by the idea that the best things in life make you sweat, ie food, fitness and sex. A self proclaimed “life-a-holic,” Olivia believes in the power of energy. She follows many mantras including you get what you give and if you think you can, you can. 

Olivia ‘Liv’ Young’s daily focus on a balanced lifestyle thru food + fitness is her lifelong passion and inspired her to open box + flow, the first fitness studio focusing on the integration of fight + flow.  Prior to launching box + flow, she attended the French Culinary Institute and became the Brand & Communications Director for the Altamarea Group, a globally renowned hospitality group.  Liv is also the founder of OY & Co., a full service hospitality consulting and brand development firm, and Pound for Pound, a hospitality consulting and brand development firm.

Michael Bromberg
MERRILL LYNCH:
BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION | MANAGING DIRECTOR

Michael’s long and rewarding career as a financial advisor has spanned more than two decades and taken him from UBS to Morgan Stanley, to Merrill Lynch (which he joined in 2014). Michael strongly believes that understanding family dynamics and being a responsive “go-to” resource are key ingredients in providing superior wealth management. Today, Michael continues to work with the vast majority of clients he served 15 and 20 years ago.

A graduate of The George Washington University, Michael majored in Finance and minored in Political Science. Born and raised in the New York City area, Michael and his wife, Allison, enjoy life on the Upper West Side and at their summer home on Long Island with their young son and daughter.
